We’re not getting too used to this though, back home this sort of place would cost GBP600,000 at least…..
Enjoy the property while you can. Get back here and it will be multi occupation terraced housing - yours is excellent so don’t sell it. And the weather - no G and T here, more like hot tea and frozen fingers. VERY COLD in Fenland.
